Bullnose Counter Top for American Diner in SW London

This American Diner was after a new bar area and as part of the project, CCE Fabrication was asked to create a specific bullnose countertop for our trade customer. For those in the know to create a bullnose countertop is something that requires skill and engineering, something that we have in abundance.

When this countertop was in production the team were let down by a supplier, so to ensure that the client received the top on-time meant that the team had to make the corner of the bars bull nose from scratch. Meaning that they had to roll off a flat sheet to a central line and cut the sheet to enable it to be bent the other way, each cut was then individually welded to fit into the top. After this was fitted, the welds were ground off, polished and the surface re-grained.

This was a delicate job and to an untrained eye, you would not know the work and skill that went into this flawless finish.
