Celebrity Venue with Quintessential British and Irish Cuisine

CCE London were called to relocate an existing 3 phase supply to move an existing combi oven into an alternative location, as part of this, we also replaced and relocated existing isolators for the cooking equipment within the new location within the kitchen.

As part of the kitchen move, CCE Fabrication were also asked to create bespoke stands to suit GN 1GN trays as well as an insulated wall shelf with heat baffles to front panel.

The existing Rational combi oven was removed by CCE London which was then serviced and deep cleaned to be reinstalled in the new area. The Rational needed to be stripped down for access into and out of the kitchen and then when serviced it was rebuilt on site in the new location. CCE London then moved the Charvet Salamander unit onto the newly installed shelves.
